Winchester College Tuition Fees

The tuition fees at Winchester College cover not only academic programmes but also accommodation and meals for full boarders, as well as most extracurricular activities and the use of school facilities. However, some additional costs are not included, such as music lessons, LAMDA courses, and external trips. Additionally, the school provides Microsoft Surface devices, with the cost distributed over the first three term invoices [11].

Acceptance Fee: For Year 9 entry, a non-refundable acceptance fee of £2,000 is required during Year 6. 

Deposit: Upon accepting a place, Year 8 pupils must pay a deposit. UK citizens are required to pay £4,000, while overseas students must pay one term’s tuition fee. The deposit is refundable within three months after the student leaves the school. 

Student Visa Management Fee: For students entering in September 2025 who require visa assistance, an annual administrative fee of £1,200 (excluding VAT) will be charged.
